Hypothetically Speaking
You should not get angry at a receptionist for "giving you the runaround" when she has to transfer your call. You should be thinking about why your financial planner did not give you the number for his/her direct line.You should also accept the fact that you'll have to leave a voicemail sometimes. No, we will not "page" anyone.
